Dr. Mark T. Marciano | Optometrist
Mark T. Marciano, O.D. is a board-certified optometric physician. He was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Dr. Marciano received his Bachelor’s of Science at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario Canada. He graduated in 1998 from Nova Southeastern College of Optometry in Florida where he was on the Dean’s list for academic achievement and received the Chancellors’ Award. Following graduation, he performed his residency at the Braverman Eye Center in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Dr. Marciano performs comprehensive eye exams and specializes in the management of ocular disease; including, cataract, glaucoma and refractive surgeries. He has been practicing in West Palm Beach since 1999.
Dr. Brandee Owens Marciano | Optometrist
Brandee Owens Marciano, O.D. is a board-certified optometric physician who is originally from Sacramento, California. She received a Bachelor’s of Communications at the University of California. She graduated in 1998 from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. She has had extensive training in the co-management of refractive surgery and in pediatric eye care. Dr. Marciano performs comprehensive eye exams and specializes in contact lenses, vision therapy, and ocular disease management. She has been practicing in West Palm Beach since 1999.
Doctors Mark and Brandee Marciano met during their fourth-year externship. They were married, April 29, 2000, and have two sons. Building an optometric practice together has been a long-time dream. Their goal is to give your family the same attention they provide their own.
Dr. Tsung-Hao (Albert) Wu | Optometrist
Dr. Tsung-Hao Wu is a board-certified optometric physician who is originally from Taipei, Taiwan. He received a Bachelor’s of Optometry from Chung Shan Medical University College of Optometry in Taichung, Taiwan in 2009. Following graduation, he completed one-year military service in the Marine Corps of the Republic of China. After military training, he moved to Columbus, Ohio and spent one year to complete the prerequisite courses prior to applying for optometry school in the United States. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in Columbus, Ohio in 2016. Following graduation, he went on and completed a residency in primary care with an emphasis in ocular disease at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Davie, Florida in 2017. In addition to ocular disease, Dr. Wu is also interested in the clinical application of medically necessary contact lenses in treating ocular surface disorders. Dr. Wu is a member of the American Optometric Association and a member of the Florida Optometric Association.
Dr. Erin A. Weston | Optometrist
Dr. Weston grew up outside of Philadelphia, PA and is a proud alumnus of Pennsylvania State University. In 2002, she received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and shortly thereafter relocated to Palm Beach County, FL where she has resided ever since. She attended Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL where she earned both a Doctor of Optometry degree as well as a secondary B.S. in Visual Science in 2007. While attending NSU’s College of Optometry, Dr. Weston was an inductee of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society as well as a recipient of the Odyssey Award for her expertise in managing dry eye disease. Her internship was completed at the prestigious Aker Kasten Cataract & Laser Institute in Boca Raton, FL in 2006. She has been certified by the state of Florida to diagnose and manage various conditions of the eye for over a decade. Dr. Weston privately owned and operated a solo optometric practice from 2008 to 2018. She currently resides in West Delray Beach with her husband and son.
Nancy | Office Administrator
Nancy is our Office Administrator. She joined our team in January 2007. Nancy is well versed in insurance and marketing. Nancy has been married for over 30 years and has three lovely daughters. Two of her daughters attended the University of Florida. Her oldest graduated in May 2012 with her Masters from the Fisher School of Accounting. The other daughter is working at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and is pursuing a career in Medical Imaging. Her youngest graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Criminology.
Daisy | Licensed Optician
Daisy is our Licenced Optician. She has been working in the optical field for over 17 years and joined our team in July 2005. We have been grateful for her dedication to the growth of our practice. Daisy is exceptional at fitting each individual with fashion eyewear to meet their everyday needs. She will educate each patient in the newest technology in lenses and lens treatments. Daisy has been married for over 28 years. She has two children, both graduated from the University of Florida.
Bernie | Optician Assistant
Bernie joined our team December 2013 as a full time optical assistant. His expertise includes frame selection and adjustments. He prides himself in providing proper eyeglasses for everyone’s lifestyle.
Callie | Patient Services/Optical Technician
Callie recently joined our team as one of our new optical assistants. She assists the patients with frame selection and proper fit as well as minor frame adjustments. She is also well versed in insurance benefits and scheduling patients.
Ashley | Administrative Assistant
Ashley joined our staff March of 2016 with several years of experience in an optical setting. She is well versed in Medical & Vision Insurance Plans. She handles scheduling appointments, verifying and billing insurance plans, working alongside of the doctors, and is one of our liaisons between the local surgical centers and our patients.
Kate | Apprentice Optician
Kate joined our team in April of 2019. Through her previous experience in an optical setting, she has gained extensive knowledge in frame styling, adjustments and lens recommendations for the patient’s lifestyle. She is currently in the process of her apprenticeship to obtain her license as an optician.
Danielle | Technician
Danielle is our JCAHPO Certified Ophthalmic Assistant with over 30 years of experience in the optometry and ophthalmology field. She is a Florida native and studied at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. Most recently, Danielle worked at the world-renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute before joining our team in January 2020. Danielle has shown a passion for learning and helping patients in all facets of their eye care needs.
She works closely with our Doctors aiding in minor in-office procedures, specialty contact lens fittings and also performs other diagnostic testing for patients with various ocular conditions. Her background working in a highly specialized ophthalmology clinic provides our office an added level of excellence in patient care.
Kelley | Patient Services
Kelley joined our team in 2018 and handles verifying and billing vision plans as well as scheduling patients for all types of vision services.
Rebekah | Patient Services
Rebekah joined our team in 2019 with several years of experience in an optical setting. She is well versed in Medical & Vision Insurance Plans. She handles scheduling appointments, verifying and billing insurance plans, working alongside the doctors, and is one of our liaisons between the local surgical centers and our patients.
Aaron | Optician Assistant
Aaron recently moved back from southern California with his wife and 3 kids where he spent 9 years in optical working as an optometric technician and optician at a Vision Source office in San Diego that specializes in Neuro-Optometric Evaluations, and Vision Therapy, assisting brain-injured patients and the autistic community to improve their life through their vision. Aaron is cross-trained in the mechanics of an optometrist’s office. Performs pre-testing, contact lens training, edging and finishing ophthalmic lenses, frame selection and adjustment, as well as educating patients on ophthalmic lens technology.
Cory | Lab Technician
Cory comes to us with extensive experience cutting lenses in the office for a faster lab turnaround time for our patients. Emergency jobs can sometimes be cut the same day to limit patient inconvenience.
