Mark T. Marciano, O.D. | Optometrist

Mark T. Marciano, O.D. is a board-certified optometric physician. He was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Dr. Mark Marciano received his Bachelor of Science at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario Canada. He graduated in 1998 from Nova Southeastern College of Optometry in Florida where he was on the Dean’s list for academic achievement and received the Chancellors’ Award for clinical and academic excellence. Following graduation, he performed his residency at the Braverman Eye Center in Hallandale Beach, Florida. In 2007, Dr. Mark Marciano received the Distinguished Alumni Award at the NSU College of Optometry and was nominated for Alumni of the Year for the entire NSU college in 2021.

Dr. Mark Marciano is a past president of the Palm Beach County Optometric Society and recently completed his tenure on the Florida Optometric Association, serving as president in 2022-2023. Dr. Mark Marciano has a love of giving back to his community. In 2017, he was elected to the city council in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and served as the city’s Mayor in 2019-2020. He recently completed his two, 3-year terms and now serves as a board member for the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Mark Marciano has always maintained a love of patient care by performing comprehensive eye exams and specializes in the management of ocular disease, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration and refractive surgeries. He has developed a specialty in hard-to-fit contact lenses, including soft, hard (rigid gas permeable), hybrid and scleral contact lenses for complex patients. He is also certified in the management of myopia control for younger patients.

Along with his wife, Dr. Brandee Marciano, he has been practicing in West Palm Beach since 1999.


Brandee Owens Marciano, O.D. | Optometrist

Brandee Owens Marciano, O.D. is a board-certified optometric physician who is originally from Sacramento, California. She received a Bachelor’s of Communications at the University of California. She graduated in 1998 from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Brandee Marciano is a past president of the Palm Beach County Optometric Association in 2011-2012 and continues to serve as a volunteer for both the Florida Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She has had extensive training in the co-management of refractive surgery and in pediatric eye care. Dr. Brandee Marciano performs comprehensive eye exams and specializes in contact lenses, dry eye disease and ocular disease management. She is committed to treating and managing patients with ocular surface disease, including blepharitis, keratitis sicca (dry eyes) and other ocular surface complications.

Along with her husband, Dr. Mark Marciano, she has been practicing in West Palm Beach since 1999. Dr. Mark and Dr. Brandee met in optometry school and were married, April 2000. They have two sons, Adam, and Thomas, both attending Florida State University. Building a family-oriented optometric practice together has been their long-time dream. Their goal is to give your family the same attention they provide their own.


Tsung-Hao (Albert) Wu, O.D. | Optometrist

Tsung-Hao Wu is a board-certified optometric physician who is originally from Taipei, Taiwan. He received a Bachelor’s of Optometry from Chung Shan Medical University College of Optometry in Taichung, Taiwan in 2009. Following graduation, he completed one-year military service in the Marine Corps of the Republic of China. After military training, he moved to Columbus, Ohio and spent one year to complete the prerequisite courses prior to applying for optometry school in the United States. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in Columbus, Ohio in 2016. Following graduation, he went on and completed a residency in primary care with an emphasis in ocular disease at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Davie, Florida in 2017. In addition to ocular disease, Tsung-Hao Wu is also interested in the clinical application of medically necessary contact lenses in treating ocular surface disorders. Tsung-Hao Wu is a member of the American Optometric Association and a member of the Florida Optometric Association.


Steven Silverstone, O.D. | Optometrist

Dr. Steven L. Silverstone, O.D., a board-certified optometric physician born in Canarsie, New York, and raised in Morganville, New Jersey, pursued his passion for eye care by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Glassboro State College and a Bachelor of Science in Vision Sciences from Southeastern University College of Optometry. Graduating in 1994 from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in North Miami Beach, Florida, he embarked on a career dedicated to optometry.

Currently serving as the President-Elect of the Florida Optometric Association, Dr. Silverstone holds a prestigious history within the field, having previously presided over the Palm Beach County Optometric Association from 2000 to 2001. His commitment to education is evident through his long-standing involvement in the continuing education committee of the Palm Beach County Optometric Association, where he held the role of Chairman for a significant duration.

Specializing in comprehensive eye exams, contact lenses, dry eye disease, ocular disease management, and co-management of refractive surgery, Dr. Silverstone has been practicing in West Palm Beach since 1998. Beyond his professional endeavors, he cherishes family life, sharing a marriage with Jodi since September 1993. Their family expanded in January 2022 when their son, David, married Rebeka, adding to their joy alongside their three sons, David, Daniel, and Adam.


Our Staff


Nancy | Office Administrator

Nancy is our Office Administrator. She joined our team in January 2007. Nancy is well versed in insurance and marketing. Nancy has been married for over 30 years and has three lovely daughters. Two of her daughters attended the University of Florida. Her oldest graduated in May 2012 with her Masters from the Fisher School of Accounting. The other daughter is working at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and is pursuing a career in Medical Imaging. Her youngest graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Criminology.


Daisy | Licensed Optician

Daisy is our Licensed Optician. She has been working in the optical field for over 17 years and joined our team in July 2005. We have been grateful for her dedication to the growth of our practice. Daisy is exceptional at fitting each individual with fashion eyewear to meet their everyday needs. She will educate each patient in the newest technology in lenses and lens treatments. Daisy has been married for over 28 years. She has two children, both graduated from the University of Florida.


Bernie | Optician Assistant

Bernie joined our team December 2013 as a full time optical assistant. His expertise includes frame selection and adjustments. He prides himself in providing proper eyeglasses for everyone’s lifestyle.


Rebekah | Administrative Assistant

Rebekah began her eye care journey over 20 years ago when she first met Drs. Mark and Brandee Marciano. After her travels to other states and working in both ophthalmology and optometry she came back home to her Marciano Family in late 2018. Her love and commitment to eye care has always been her primary goal and aspiration. She enjoys patient interaction and eye care education. She is a Florida native with a love for her community.

Lana | Apprentice Optician

Photo of LanaLana joined our team in December 2021. Through her previous experience in an optical setting, she has gained extensive knowledge in frame styling, adjustments and lens recommendations for the patient’s lifestyle. She is currently in the process of her apprenticeship to obtain her license as an optician.


Holly | Technician

Photo of HollyHolly works closely with our Doctors aiding in minor in-office procedures, specialty contact lens fittings and also performs other diagnostic testing for patients with various ocular conditions. Her background working in a highly specialized ophthalmology clinic provides our office an added level of excellence in patient care.


Kelley | Patient Services

Kelley joined our team in 2018 and handles verifying and billing vision plans as well as scheduling patients for all types of vision services.


Aaron | Apprentice Optician

Aaron recently moved back from southern California with his wife and 3 kids where he spent 9 years in optical working as an optometric technician and optician at a Vision Source office in San Diego that specializes in Neuro-Optometric Evaluations, and Vision Therapy, assisting brain-injured patients and the autistic community to improve their life through their vision. Aaron is cross-trained in the mechanics of an optometrist’s office. Performs pre-testing, contact lens training, edging and finishing ophthalmic lenses, frame selection and adjustment, as well as educating patients on ophthalmic lens technology.


Cory | Optical & Lab Technician

Cory comes to us with extensive experience cutting lenses in the office for a faster lab turnaround time for our patients. Emergency jobs can sometimes be cut the same day to limit patient inconvenience.

Jeanette | Technician

Photo of JeanetteJeanette is an experienced and dedicated optometric technician. With a passion for eye care and a strong background in assisting optometrists, she strives to ensure the best possible vision health for every patient.

She is well-versed in performing various diagnostic tests and assessments, including visual acuity measurements, visual field testing, and lensometry, as well as conducting pre-screening exams and preparing patients for comprehensive eye examinations.

Above all, her goal as an optometric technician is to contribute to the well being of each patient by ensuring accurate assessments and personalized care. It is truly fulfilling to play a role in preserving and enhancing vision health, and she looks forward to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serve.
